All of our Leadership Development programmes share a common underlying philosophy and similar programme framework delivered to address the requirements of our specific audiences.
We have focussed our leadership development efforts into three distinct programmes that address the development of leadership capacity in different areas of New Zealand society.
The Future Leaders Programme - next programme scheduled to start in 2012
The Future Leaders Programme is a leadership development programme for young people from all corners of New Zealand. Participants are challenged to think about themselves, about how they relate to and work with others and about the context or environment in which they live, work and play. The course runs over an 18 month period, allowing time for networks to be established and for real and sustained development to occur.
The Hillary Leadership Programme - next programme scheduled to start in early 2012
Senior executives have a significant impact on their organisations and the value these organisations place on leadership and leadership development. In-house Leadership Programme
Each in-house programme is customised to the needs of a specific organisation or community, incorporating Excelerator's core leadership principles, working to build integrated leadership capacity at multiple levels within that organisation or community.
