The process of reflection is the major change in my own behaviour since the beginning of the programme.

I realised, 'aha', that spending time thinking solely about myself was not difficult and actually quite pleasant!

I have particularly benefitted from forcing myself to use silences and pauses, in turn compelling me to listen rather than solve.
