Communication: The Oxygen of Leadership

Effective communication is a core component of successful leadership.

But how do you use good communication to build trust, create aspiration, develop a sense of purpose and inspire and motivate your team to achieve the extraordinary?

In this joint lecture held in November 2006, two of Australasia's most sought-after communicators, Lester Levy and Siimon Reynolds, shared their perspectives on the relationship between communication and leadership in a session chaired by an exceptional communicator and leader, Westpac Chief Executive Ann Sherry.
