Keynote Speakers

Amanda Sinclair

Amanda Sinclair is Foundation Professor of Management Diversity and Change at Melbourne Business School, the University of Melbourne. She is the author of several books on gender and leadership, including Trials at the Top (1994) and Doing Leadership Differently (1998) and Leadership for the Disillusioned (2007), and co-author of a book on leadership and diversity, New Faces of Leadership (2002).

She consults to organisations and senior management teams and is a regular contributor to the business press.  

John Allen  

John Allen is the Chief Executive of New Zealand Post and was appointed to this role in May 2003. Prior to working at New Zealand Post, John reached the position of partner at Rudd Watts & Stone and was a visiting Lecturer in Law at Victoria University of Wellington (1995 & 2001).

John is Chair of New Zealand Post Australia Holdings PTY Limited, Datamail Limited, Territorial Forces Employer Support Council and Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum (Co-Chair). He holds directorships with Communication Arts Limited, Datacom Group Limited, The ECN Group Limited, Kiwibank Limited, Transend Worldwide Limited, Express Couriers Limited and the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongawera.
