The broad outcomes that we are committed to is leadership that:

- Expands your personal sphere of INFLUENCE
Underlying this is a recognition that on the Hillary Leadership Programme, individuals determine and are supported in determining the leadership outcomes they are looking for personally, relationally, and organisationally. The specific combination of these, and the nature of the impact will, by necessity be very much designed and undertaken by the individual.
To ensure that outcomes are clarified, delivered and sustained, we have a number of structures to support learning and accountability:
- Peer processes (where peers support and hold one another accountable).
- Facilitating the application of key insights back into your organisation/community.
- Ongoing reflective processes to stimulate new insights and action.
- Pre and post programme interviews.
- Facilitator support and follow-up.
