Focus Programmes

 

Leadership Focus Programmes are designed to hone your key leadership capacities particularly as you take on new responsibilities and challenges.

They are experiential in approach, residential in format, and are underpinned by the latest leadership research from the Institute and our strategic international partners.

These programmes are designed to provide increased depth in a prescribed area. They all share a strong focus on identity, encouraging participants to develop strong reflective practice that can transform their performance and that of their teams. Participants learn new ways of thinking about old problems and the value of seeing multiple perspectives when leading a change agenda.

Authentic Leadership
