The Leadership Mindset

For many, at this point in their careers, transitioning into a leadership role can feel like finding their way in the dark without a torch to shine light on:

  • who they need to be in their leadership
  • what they are meant to do
  • and how to bring their leadership alive.

These series of workshops and accompanying activities endeavour to make this transition explicit, and support the necessary identity work to make transition to leadership as efficient as possible.

Who is it for?

This programme is for you if:

  • You are in transition to roles with greater leadership scope, responsibility and demands, or
  • You know you are at the top of your professional game and expertise but more and more of the demands and feedback you face are about your leadership, or
  • You have been tapped on the shoulder for taking future leadership responsibility and accountability and want to prepare explicitly, or
  • You have been juggling multiple roles for some time now and want to pay more attention to the distinctively leadership component of what you do, or
  • You have never identified, trained or particularly thought of yourself as doing leadership but it's becoming more central and significant to the overall balance of your portfolio of activity.

What is the format?

What does it cost?
