The Leadership Mindset

Development of a leadership mindset as well as the traditional leadership skillset is critical for exceptional leadership - the type of leadership that takes people and organisations from "good to great".  Leadership development relies on development in two dimensions (leadership mindset and leadership skillset), however, research shows that most leadership development is over-focused on skill development and frequently ignores mindset development.

The New Zealand Leadership Institute have developed a leadership programme which is focussed on meeting this gap and enhancing the leadership mindset within New Zealand organisations. 

The Leadership Mindset Programme is beginning soon and only has a limited number of places still available.
