Leadership for Complex Times

  • Enable you to present, analyse and work strategically on your own leadership context of facing doubt, crisis and challenge.
  • Expose you to real world case studies exploring the choices, actions and decisions that leadership in critical times needs to grapple with.
  • Extend the repertoire of leadership practices that can be drawn on for times of crisis and unusual complexity.
