Peter Blyde
For me, leadership is the capacity to create a meaningful future together.
My passion is helping people make deeper connections with themselves and one another, as well as making stronger connections between themselves and the future they want to create.
I'm stimulated by the many paradoxes of leadership especially the paradox that it is deeply personal (requiring you to draw on and extend your own passion, aspiration and commitment) yet equally it is not about you (but rather about being of service to others and the greater shared future you are creating together).
Hillel captured this well when he wrote: "If am I not for me, who will be for me? If I am only for me, what am I? If not now, when?"
