Joline Francoeur
For me, real and powerful leadership is when people think and talk together in a way that reveals new opportunities that they care about and are courageous enough to act on them.
Joline Francoeur is the Director of Leadership Programmes at Excelerator and one of the primary architects of its educational and corporate programmes and initiatives. She has been involved with leadership development for 25 years and has developed in-house corporate leadership programmes for several successful New Zealand organisations.

Other current teaching and research interests include Computer Mediated Communication (CMC), distance and flexible learning approaches and the development of effective on-line leadership practices.
Joline gained her initial leadership experience working as Co-Director of a large not-for-profit organisation in New York State, running an outdoor education centre in New Mexico and working as an Outward Bound Instructor and river and mountain guide/instructor in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Texas.
