Maximising Team Leadership and Performance

There is a growing recognition and interest in ‘team leadership' development as opposed to personal leadership development.

It is recognised that there is a constant need for innovation, and enhanced top line growth in organisations. It is also appreciated that siloed, functional execution of strategy has been great for driving cost out of the business, but not at building reflexive and courageous organisations.  Now is the time to add more value and value is in the "white spaces" - across the organisation, between organisations and new thinking.  This starts at the top.

This programme is tailored to the specific needs of the client organisation, and also includes:

  • The case for building robust teams
  • The options and patterns within team development (i.e. map of the executive development domain).
  • Relevant Case Studies for top performing teams
  • Self-Assessment of current team.
  • Small group discussion of options and action planning

This programme includes intensive observation and diagnosis (and can include feedback with one-to-one and team coaching). The team is challenged to explore:

  • The creation or shutting down of possibilities
  • Strategic versus operational perspectives
  • "Hot" and "cold" conflict and avoidance of key issues
  • Unique trigger points for collaboration
  • How shared agreement and commitment is generated.

Who is it for?

This programme is for your executive or senior team if:

  • You feel that you are not getting the best value from each other, or
  • You find you are locked in existing and repeating patterns of behaviour, or
  • You are facing a new and unexpected challenge or context.
